“Like Han Solo in carbonite” got a good chuckle on that buddy.
Very pretty flower Cole. Beautiful fades and still such lush foliage. Right on

Cheers Mafoo,
Glad to hear your finding some benefit from the dry/cure paper bag tech man. I'm a convert after this last harvest. I found the final product of the flowers really comes out at higher level. The smell and flavour are sensational. I hope you find some success with it.

Re: Cole Grows a Whole Lot of Chem Dog
The plants have been hang drying for 4 days. They probably have at least another 10 days before going into the paper bags on this run.

Re: Cole Grows a Whole Lot of Chem Dog
Quick update post harvest.
The plants came off the line about a week ago and have been curing in the brown paper bags. I've been sampling them since they came off the line. Where to begin, they all have great flavour and smell and all very in strength, but all extremely potent. My favourite terp/smell is the Chem D #1. It has the most extreme rank grouse interesting smell deep diesel fuel on the front, then the grimey putrifed middle, with hints of lemon and sweetness, and tiger balm & alcohol on the back end, is a really layered flavour. I think that's part of the appeal. Its not just not a couple of notes...but honestly thats all the good stuff.hahahaha that being said, I grinded some up and got the misses to take a massive whiff (as I always do, to get a independent opinion) this is the first time I have seen her head kick back in disgust like I asked her sniff a port-a-loo hahahahaha normally she loves all the different terp profiles and picks up things I can't name. She said it smelt yuck, like a petrol pump and not nice things hahaha. This cultivar has been one of my white whales. I have always wanted to get my hands on some progeny genetics from the Chem D and the 91. The stone is phenomenal, really really potent and giggly. The flavour so far in the volcano isn't the tastiest thing I have come across, but interesting and enjoyable. The Chem D#1 and the BBW#1 are both the strongest things I have come across this year. To me it reminds me of 90s weed....honestly who knows if thats just in my head.
Heres the Chem D

Here's the BBW1. She is super strong, have you sitting there wondering what time of days, what day of the week it is. But it was little compared to her sister. Always the way eh.

Re: Cole Grows a Whole Lot of Chem Dog
Great report Cave, thank you for that. I've been trying to contact CSI Humboldt as he has managed to feminise the ChemD, no luck getting through yet.
I think these are some of the most important genetics to be preserved. Great report.
