I have disinfected the trays and brick that the fabric pots stand on.

I am wondering about my plants not smelling? Is it that normal?

Also only ever smelt end product not a grow.

The terpy frost on the leaves I’ve touched and picked smells amazing. But the aroma of the tent is non existent when open and shut!?

I’m hoping when I’m in the flush phase and they are clawing onto everything they have it should have the delightful aroma?

Dont worry. The smell will really kick in in the last couple of weeks. I bet someone who is not used to it would tell you they smell. I often wonder the same but the mrs will tell me they stink. Lol

As Herb says, someone who isn't in your tent everyday would notice the smell I'm sure. We go a bit "nose blind" when it's in our faces everyday.

When growing with HPS it makes much more smell because the terps get heated up so much, but that is not a good thing With LED grows the smell in a small tent should be minimal if you are using a carbon filter but some strains will still stink the street out when tents open if you are not careful! There are a few fire strains that I will only grow one or 2 plants of because of this, but you never know what pheno you might get and almost any strain can have this potentially Cheers

Day 51

So I ordered more ab and ph down weeks ago…
well in advance of running out.
I’ve been waiting since 23rd… as I ran out we had these clawing leaves so wasn’t bothered…. So today is the first day of feeding with canna ab since these issues were noticed by maverick @2-Scoops


Anyway let’s se what happens…

Todays feed is 20ml ab for 10L feed
Ph was 6
Temps I’ve been doing a better job of keeping them around the 80-85f
Humidity is 40-50

The smell of the bud has a slight floral/mowed lawn smell. So thank you for all the information with the smell I was expecting it to reek! But to be honest I’m happy it doesn’t for now…

When she’s cured I will be rolling fat blunts from now on! No more grit!
