Some light reading with these Big Bud nugs! These Grove Bags are awesome

So much learning in the last few months!
I’m so great full to this forum and friends and all the amazing support!
Absolutely stunning. The work of a canna angelThe Daze wrote: ↑Tue Apr 05, 2022 3:54 pmPurple Punch Pheno one is starting to fade on fan leaves…
Like pinkish yellow
And the colas are bulking up a lil bit
The 2nd one is just finishing out as it goes… I may pull her… it may just be genetics… but she’s got fungus gnats still and I’m annoyed…
Both these ladies will be done in the next 2 weeks.
Then a deep clean of the tent and awaiting the testers!
I’ve got the Purple Haze at week 3
And she’s growing symmetrical and lovely

Could be broad mites...?The Daze wrote: ↑Wed Apr 06, 2022 3:01 pmGardening Mishaps - April 6th
Well… 2 weeks into transplant and that soil I got from the garden center was infested with tiny spider mites
when I went to water yesterday my brother noticed these tiny spots on the bag … with my loupe they were spider mite babies…
I had just transplanted with Nectar of the Gods soil and I dunno if I’ll ever use it again…
I chopped the purple punch earlier than I wanted
she was like mostly milky not quite amber yet soooo ideally ready but I wanted to give her another week…..
At least the damn fungus gnats died gracefully! The stuff I read up on about spider mites infestation gave cause for concern so I just chopped both plants and dumped all my soil outside along the fence line…
I need good soil recommendations … or maybe just not to overwater….so many lessons learned!!
But the purple punch plant that was smaller got chopped up and decarbed for canna buddar and is slow cooking in the crockpot! I hope it comes out alright… everything else we’ve made and tried has been awesome…
except gluten free vegan banana bread… that was a failed experiment… lol
The good flower is hanging in the wedryer
I enjoy this device … but it does push continuous air through the netting and so you just have to check your flower more often….
I left more leaf on the stem this time to practice a dry trim and see if that effects potency
The purple haze autoflower is on week 3 of life in its 2 gallon pot and she’s the last lady standing!
She is spacing well as she grows… since she’s solos I moved her inwards and lowered my lights for better PAR readings
I’m awaiting tester seeds and looking into soil options!
I believe this rounds out my winter/spring run!
I say job well done!
More updates to follow!
