Definitely a step in the right direction! But you can only harvest a maximum of 25g from your 3 plants. This is just ridiculous and will not make the black market die out. In addition, only cannabis with a maximum of 10% thc may be sold in the clubs, just as ridiculous.

its progress, in reality they won;t be measuring how much you grow at home as long as you arent seen to take the piss. the 10% thing won;t work and i cant see that being policed when they can just drive across the dutch border and get stronger stuff. either way, its a good start. ye olde luddites in the UK won't change though.

Deffinately a step in the right direction, even if it is a tentative dolly step. The only thing that bothers me about relaxation/legalisation is if something like road side drugs testing became more frequent, i mean am I gonna get banned because i sucked my vape at 8pm the previous night and then drove to work at 7am the next morning? I know that could happen anyway as it is, what a headache. Slight off on a tangent there oops.
