Believe it or not this is a dinafem deep cheese that is over 3 weeks old
It’s from an old stock of seeds and just isn’t doing well at all
This is one of my week old barneys blue cheese

Removed this leggy one to check the trichomes and it couldn't support its own weight, making it impossible to get it back in
