aye rik they coulda cooked another week but i need the space sharpish,it aint to shabby polly had a 4 hr sesh today chopping she aint blown the froth off yet,i cant wait now to get my new flavours in there with the new lighting added .........then i`ll cook us a proper batch.......watch this space bach,+ god bless the cheese makers ennit.
