Mafoo I've not yet been less than impressed, hearty, healthy, just good food that you have been posting. Gonna steal this last one but go with whole grain bow tie pasta. Gyros were crazy sexy food as well, will have to bust out my cast iron.

Hey thanks pal, I am the cook in the house. The Mrs. works for corporate and makes way more money than me so I like to cook for her to help pull my weight ;)

Not to mention both my parents have been the cooks in their second marriages since I was a kid so its really no surprise that I can hold my own in the kitchen.

I still gotta post te recipe for my rhubarb liqeur. Its starting to sprout :)
