Yeah I tried the Jiffy plugs because I've been having such problems with dampening off. But it didn't help.

Try not watering them as much - obvious - but they don't need as much water as we think ;o)

The trick is to sprout in the jiffy, but right when you see a taproot, place in final pot and DON'T get the jiffy wet anymore. Water the outer coco, the roots will grow way faster searching for moisture

Perfect advise as always from the Josh. This is what I now do and have no issues (apart from my man handling when training).

Should I risk over saturating the soil and flush everything out? And see if salt build up is causing issues?

I would leave her to dry out for a bit personally.
