Hey MrNice, it's difficult to say, as I upgraded my light at the same time I first used this bag, but the PPMs measure much higher than baseline, often around 1000+, so it definitely releases a decent amount of CO2 if I don't open any windows in my bedroom and if I do it's around 500-600 PPM, so still above baseline. The other thing to be careful with is your extraction. I found that moving my carbon filter to the same side as the bag instead of central helps. The buds nearest the bag were definitely slightly bigger and my plants are looking more lush in veg than ever, but that could be the light too.
