Raoul Dandurand married Joséphine Marchand, daughter of Québec's prime Minister. He was rewarded for his "contribution" with a presidency seat, just in time for the odd addition of "Indian Hemp"/"Cannabis sativa L." to the February 19, 1925 2nd Geneva Opium Convention.
