Look what i found.....

When i moved into my new flat i noticed that i had a loft hatch as im on the first floor, i havent been able to look in there until i had 2 chairs to step on donated to me yesterday. So after taking the dog out and collecting a prescription this morning i opened the hatch and although i couldnt get into the loft (i need a step ladder) i did get high enough to take some photos...
It looks promising, really high roof and looks like at least some of it is boarded out, o yeah, it had the obligatory banana box in there as well LOL .
So im thinking that i might be able to do something up there... any ideas?

I was just thinking about sticking a tent up there.... im not kitting it out as i only rent and im sure the landlord will need someone to go up and service the hot water tank at some point.

youd need to floor it mate, watch that horrible insulation too. I had an attic like that and just breathing that shit in made me quite ill.

Would be a lot easier to take a tent down if it were inside, jist my opinion though

And I agree with nan, the floor will most likely need support added. I fell tgrough might not long ago just my leg thankfully

The insulation stuff is nasty :( Have you any big cupboards you could work with? Or you could do up an old wardrobe maybe into a little grow cupboard so looks normal from outside

Great ideas everyone.... so im just going to do something downstairs. I think getting a big wardrobe and putting a tent inside is the best idea. I dont need anything big now im on my own...it was the wife that smoked like a chimney and used it all so just 2 plants will do me.

Yea nice and small now no running yet lol settle in and get a feel for the place before u start
