Beautiful update mate. Explained simple for people like me. I really like the idea of the wilma. What's the height of the wilma mate, how much space are you actually loosing?

The wilma's are all 20cm high Bulls then of course the height of your pots.
I am using the 70 x 70 x 20 50 liter reservoir. There are few different reservoir sizes for the 4 pot.
1x Small Wilma V2 Tank 60cm x 60cm x 20cm - Reservoir volume 30 litres

1x Large Wilma V2 Tank 75cm x 75cm x 20cm - Reservoir volume 50 litres

1x XL Large Wilma V2 Tank 90cm x 90cm x 20cm - Reservoir volume 70 litres

1x XXL Large Wilma V2 Tank 115cm x 115cm x 20cm - Reservoir volume 150 litres

Mixed Strains Grow Regs feminized And some Just Unkown.

I was going to start a diary for these on their own but thought no i will combine it for now with this diary. Ok so i had a few seeds laying about collecting dust basically. Some of the seeds are old over year or maybe 2. To make it interesting some are regs some fem's and some totally unkown.
2 of the seedlings i know for def what they are 9lb hammer regs here are pics.
1. a mutant to start of with.

2. This Seedling i do not hold to much hope for prob will hit the compost heap very soon.

3. This one is unkown but germed at the same time as the 9lb hammers.

The pictures of these seedling were put into germ in a paper towel in a plastic container on Monday 8th of April. Once tap rooted showed they were put into 50cm pots of coco.
These 3 Seeds all had either the shell or the membrane from the embryo sticking the cotyledons together. to help with this i mixed a liter of water to 4ml of rhizo. i then took a pipette and put a few drops on each seedling.
i then poured some into a spray bottle so i can mist them every hour. When i came to misting one had already opened. Hopefully by the end of the day all 3 should be good to put back under light. ( Yes do not do this under the light a window sill will do)

All the seedlings will be grown under 150w of prakasa cob for now.
2 of the seedlings from Monday have not needed any intervention and 3 have not showed there heads yet. Oh and one is still germinating it has cracked but the tap root is not growing. so most likely would not have the energy to push through the coco if potted.

Kbag at it again but this time in a wilma

Lovely thread KB Full off usefull info cheers buddy, Just going back to your feed schedule and dont get me wrong I’m no expert on hydro systems but I was always led to believe that adding the B supplement was always best in water before the A ??someone may correct me if wrong and I’m certainly not second guessing you fella by any means, this post is purely for my own sanity as I have a pre made Wilma system ready to roll out

Yes i have heard this concept to smokes. My reasoning for adding A first is why would manufactures make 2 part nutrient solutions A & B. I am not saying either way is wrong as i really do not know. One thing i would say is the Canna Aqua contains silicates as we know must be added to the water first and mixed well.Oh btw my nutes are not meant to be used with coco.

An inert substrate is a substrate that
does not withdraw nutrients from the nutrient solution,
nor does it add them.
Coco has the opposite
effect, withdrawing certain elements from the nutrient
solution. If a recirculating nutrient is used in combination with this substrate, it will result in a nutrient deficiency.
Must be where im going wrong Smokes i am using a recirculating nutrient.

First time I've heard about mixing B first was from Viz. I've tried it, along with lowering the pH first to 5.5 and then adding nutrients.
I must say I did not find any difference growing the same strain using both methods.
