Re: Meat pie and Banana sauce Grow
as a quick update, meat pie has settled down on the stetching(shes not a leggy gurl) but the banana is still going for it! so some equalising of the boxes is going to be needed yet...think its because they were potted up just before the flip and i'm for the first time seeing her full potential,,this is gunna be good
proper update friday on day 14

Re: Meat pie and Banana sauce Grow
G'day everybody, hope you've had a good week and kept those receptors nice and saturated
So its day 14 and time for another update! all the girls have stopped stretching now (thank fuck) as the banana's,especially one of them are just beastly this round, she's a finicky lady but has defo benefited a lot from being potted up a size just before the flip.
Both varieties are stacking well and praying nicely,in future i wont run them together as the meat pie has virtually no stretch and the banana is leggy, but these were the plants i had ready and vegged up.The meat seems to not be able to tolerate so much light intensity,so i've had to move her back down around 6" after moving her up mid week to be alot closer to the bananas, basically my hopes of a fairly even canopy have been dashed! but i guess its not that bad if ones a light whore and one isn't haha.
They are currently getting 2ml per litre of biobizz grow and a weekly dose of the biosys microbe tea, will be switching to the bloom this week and will Start at 2ml,the meat pie is drinking around 5/6 L every 3 days and the bananas 3 and a half/4.They are staked up in a few places to spread them out a little and should think towards the end of the week i'll probably do quite a bit of defoliating to keep things nice and tidy and ensure those lowers are getting enough light, all in all going pretty well (so far)

Banana's are loving life, best they've ever looked at this stage, very excited!

and the Meat, moved her down a bit since these photos as she is looking a little pale of some of the highest leaves, she can't hack the lumens like the banana can

Cheers for following along, stay irie and i'll be back next friday with the another update, same place, same channel..err whatever..bye!

Re: Meat pie and Banana sauce Grow
Hey @DIY.Rik mate,no it twernt me who was on about the drivers,im just kind of running my ts's (got 2) in to the ground as they run way too hot and am looking to replace them before long, had some great results with them and in the winter its not really a bad thing to have a hotter signature led so will keep them around but got a lumatek 200 and the quality of the flower from same cuts is so much nicer,in structure and terp levels, well in my space..id say the lumatek 200 is only 30 percent of the heat signature of the mars hydro, although the mars is a few watts more powerful(tsw200 it is).
and cheers yes this round is chugging along nicely! excited to see the full potential of the Banana sauce

Re: Meat pie and Banana sauce Grow
yes defo wise to sacrifice lumens for less heat MN for sure, but also yes too much and you get those bleaching tips,as for the ec fans yer they are expensive, ive got a couple of the canfan silent acoustic ones they not ec but virtually the same if you wire em up to a cheap variac controller or plug them in to a sms hybrid or such like,so fucking quiet man, mate you can buy the presh or the canfan silents on ebay all the time 6 or 8 inch for less than 100 squids,ec ones are out of my price range too man i feel yerMrNice wrote: ↑Fri Mar 04, 2022 11:50 pmYh the ISH150 getting bit old now but the ISH 100Br had for about 8 months now
