porc/beef Sausages , pre boiled ,sliced then pan fried .
You take a pepers and two cloves of garlic sauteed in olive oil til browned , makes a nice dressing too .

layer it all , then pour then peppers and garlic dressing all over .

then slap in oven at 350 for 20 mins then at 450 for 10-20 mins .

I added olives tonight gave a bit more zip mmmm

i love eggs , i cant eat it runny like that , edges gotta be slighlty crisped and the yoke just a slight tad runny at the most . or scrambled

Keeno posted some other day. literally in the shell , leaky like soup lol , turns my stomach just looking at it
