Iv heard and read all sorts of things to do in the last week lol is it due to do 48 hrs darkness last two days? And also was told to add ice water to res last two days as well. You any thoughts on these mate

Don't do either, all bollox imho.
You might find your EC rises with Flush. If it rises a lot... Like 0.2-0.5 do a water change :)

No worries dude I’m gonna go with what you recommend. System was sitting at 0.1 this morning so will keep an eye on it and change if needed, cheers mate

Mate iv only had one successful grow where I had useable weed, it was my very first one and it was riddled with problems from the very beginning lol really don’t know how they finished off they were in that bad of shape, but some how the weed was good after drying and curing and ended up getting around 12 oz

My Second grow the end result was that bad it had to all be binned

Then we are here mate on my third grow. Looking at this one it is very hard to tell how much I will end up with but I reakon it will be just over 10oz
