Tbh I'd defol a good bit now as well.any large fans blocking lower branches :)

What would you have the humidity at at this stage mate, iv mine set at 55 at the minute, should I lower it?

Honestly.... I don't bother

50-60 is fine tbh. Mines usually under 40 but that's not ideal.
