I think you are right keeno, tbf though the only reason I got this was cause I didn't have enough home made soil left to fill the 4 pots, if I buy soil I always opt for the canna bio terra plus organic range but they didn't have any in stock, the canna soil is good for sure. This crap though, ugghhh

ill get it sorted. I just hope I can get them sorted for the end of next week when I plan to flip. this particular pheeno finishes in around 8 weeks but you can crop at 7 with out fuss.

Iv just convinced myself to stick some far red in for the flowering process, I am going to use the Emmerson effect to try and get maximum flower growth an also maybe if it works out finish them up a bit quicker

Its a far red iniciator puck.

Used at the right time. I.e for 15mins at lights out the far red puts your plants to sleep quicker. When lights go out it can take up to 3 hours for them to go to sleep. The knock on effect of using a puck an the plants going to sleep quicker is they have more time during lights out to produce buds. This should give more yield, less stretch and faster flowering. Defo works iv been road testing it for a year now.

SOooo think im gonna flip them on Monday unless someone convinces me otherwise. Iv managed to tame the iron def I had an they are growing nicely, Id like them a bit fuller but I really don't want this running to the end of January. Im hoping the stretch will fill it out, im also thinking a couple more days plus the transition to flower will be enough to fill the screen out.
Here are some pics
