Pennywise f2, cbd pheno hunt with Thin Layer Chromatograph testing
This time I am going to grow some pennywise f2s that I will be looking for high cbd low thc plants to make some f3s. Using Thin Layer Chromatograph, to test for high cbd seedlings. This is something I have wanted to do for a long time. Think it was 2018 or 2019 I made the f2s. As cbd is an incomplete dominant gene, I can get high thc, 1.1 and high cbd plants from the f2s. May 19, day 1, 12/12.

Re: Pennywise f2, cbd pheno hunt with Thin Layer Chromatograph testing
Well, this grow might be tost, like my truck. A few days ago we had a storm that rocked this town, 70+ mph wind, or 112 kmh, with hail that was over 2" or 50.80 mm. I was at work and my truck might be l totaled ( hail damage and windshield busted ), but the problem is our house, it now needs a new roof, windows and siding. So I might have to scrap this grow and take it back up in a few months after the work is done. Good thing is I got a good germination rate and have plenty of seeds to start again. They are almost ready to transplant too.

Hail in my back yard a few hours after the storm.

Up date time:
Plants are doing well, no time frame when the work on the house will start. I am not sure what soil I am going to use as I am out of my soil I made this year, sure won't be miracle-grow if I can help it. I can make some more but I like to let soil I make rest for a month or so before putting plants in it. As I use soil out of my yard in it.
Another couple weeks and the plants should show their sex and I can test then. If I get that far into the grow it will be really hard not to finish them.

Re: Pennywise f2, cbd pheno hunt with Thin Layer Chromatograph testing
I decided to make some soil today. I bought the perlite I needed and got some cow compost too. I have compost but it's horse and chicken compost, but didn't want that much nitrogen in the mix today. About 10 gallons or 37 letters, I spent a little over $10 or think like 7 ponds today as I already had the coco core. Garden Soil, coco core, cow compost and perlite.

Damn bro! That sucks bad. Hope you can keep things running while the house is being put right. Maybe knock up a little stealth wardrobe or something.
