Just a note …… anyone thinking of growing kerosine krash …….. she fuxking stinks ! I got home from work. And went and had a look in the tent which I don’t usually do till around 9pm, my son got home from work while I was playing came straight to me and said I can smell that from down the road !!!!! WTF I bought a new massive 6” rhino filter yesterday as there was a slight smell in the house , but as soon as the tent opens boom it stinks the house and the road out it seems ! What am I ment to do now ?

This shiz makes me paranoid as hell lol. When it comes to harvest time, I seal up my room. Door and windows get taped if something stinks a lot and the fan n filter get cranked to the max. I also have a 6inch Rhino pro filter and an rvk i have used in there too.

I have had a few occasions where i just pop in early if im home before the kids and the mrs bollocks me for the smell when she comes back over an hour after.

Fabreeze plug in is essential.

Look forward to seeing if you get any banana smell or taste out of the banana sherbert. Banana flavour would be awesome.

It’s about time for harvest and now I’m seriously concerned about how I’m gonna do it without stinking out the hood,
I need to buy a fan speed controller cause the rhino pro and fan I bought yesterday sounds like a fecking jet plane
And will deffo hear from outside the garage unless I slow it down !
Anyone any suggestions on a controller ?
The banana sounded ace , but I ain’t getting any bananas smells maybe taste ? Time will tell

When i was running an rvk, i wrapped it in blankets and put it in a cardboard box. Worked great for a freebie fix.

My experience with speed controlers is limited to cheap ones and with all of the, i think 3, i have tried have worked to a degree but give you an annoying buzzing sound.

Also, there is nothing strange about working in your garage. Just put some tunes on while you work. Thatll cover the sound.

Well fuck you harvest time ! I nailed the lot last night I decided I have started so why stop , 4.30am I crawling into bed after trying to scrub off the stink !

Up for work at 6.30am , today I am powered by caffeine.

Get an ecotechnics evolution controller...one of the first things I purchased with recommendations from some OGs on here..never looked back. Set min ans max fan speeds, humidity, temp, heater and leave it alone.

For noise I went for the acoustic ducting..makes a difference certainly. I'm running a 5" rvk with rhino Pro filter in a 1.2x1.5mx2m space. Does the job. 4" passive intake.

In our family bussiness and I’m one of the owners lmfao so I ain’t getting sacked anytime soon rofpmsl
On this run I actually got the wife to buy me some arm length protection gloves ! Because I usually wear latex gloves but it’s always my arms that stink from the running above the wrist ,
Worked a treat , but yeah I still kept getting a wiff of myself today

I’m gonna give my grow room a full refit after this grow is dry , thinking solid steel ducting ,
Speed controller for the new jet engine …… I mean filter fan lmfao
I am even planning on making a frame to space out my lighting and making a power board ,
At the moment I have all the lights hanging on rope rachets and never all hand level and where I want em to , so thinking of making a frame from aluminium bars and screwing em all in place then hanging the rigid frame in the rope ratchets so will be far easier to raise and lower the light fixture
