I would think you should be able to have it turned right down low this time of year, my idle extraction speed is very low but good enough to exchange air in room enough, i just have to keep eye on humidity a bit more when plants are bigger.

Is it one of these type Image i ask cus i was looking at these myself, but what with you saying about the humming noise puts me off a bit. I think ill go with AC Infimnity when i get round to buying one, knowing me it`ll prolly be a good while before i do, but i like to look.

Yes that’s the one i think ac infinity is probably the best on the market as it also has smart phone options!

I just found spider farmer offering reasonable prices at the point of buying back in Black Friday!

Nonetheless I’m happy with it just the noise it puts out from 2-3 is much louder 1-2 isn’t noticeable but 3 is where it ramps up and 4 upwards is significantly louder.

I think if it was a bigger unit maybe the 6” maybe it won’t be as loud!

Thanks 2 scoop! We are nearly there 😝 I’m intrigued to see what the end result will be like!

What do you do for drying and curing?

Much love

Week two of flower.

I have noticed that the weaker and shorter stems should be removed as they aren’t getting any light.

I wanted some advice about this as they aren’t holding them selves up and seem like a waste of nutrition!

Temp 29
Humidity 50
Ph 6
3ml ab per L total 5 litres

I have had a lot of runoff so probably will leave feeding twice today.

Thank you

I do a defoliation and remove all the bottom third (lollypop) after about 20 days of 12/12, after they have finished stretch. For the first 3 weeks you don't want to remove much (a few leaves is ok) otherwise it could affect the stretch and also some of the lower growth can still reach the canopy depending on the strain. Cheers :puff puff:

I feel like the amount of bush I have going on is making it difficult for more the shorter colas to get light.

Some leaves are showing signs of decay at the ends of the leaves which I believe it is cos of them not getting the light. They are fan leaves and have retained the dark green colour but lack of light is giving them a grey end!

Thank you bio! We have trimmed the bottom 3rd and just awaiting the flowers now. There are a few stems that are long and haven’t formed any strength as of yet! I wasn’t sure if I should remove or leave and hope they catch up!

What do people do with so many fan leaves!?

Much love

One or two guys that ive chatted with on here recon its better to slow an oversized fan down in your space than having a smaller one on full pelt all time to reduce noise. Ive never tested that theory myself.

Chop it, dry it and add it to a jar burping the jar daily for ten minutes for a few weeks. I also add 62rh Boveda packs into those jars so it keeps rh same in jars for buddage.

Remove bottom 3rd of leaves from plant if ya like and you can always do it again 3 weeks into 12/12.

Tbh your best removing crappy shoots or any shoots your gonna remove around 3 weeks into 12/12 cus you can see what needs removing then much easier and what shoots wont reach net. What im saying is they stretching like mad atmo and those crappy shoots might not be crappy shoots at 21 days into bloom. Its your shout though if your itching to chop things off man.

Removing odd leaf and not the shoots yet, doing that should open plant to light, just don`t go crazy atmo.

Grumpy Toad picture, he`s had a go a little earlier than he usually would to help lower RH. Just dont go crazy if you do it.

At 12 to 14 days into 12/12 add your netting at canopy height then the shoots will grow through for final week or so of the stretch. 8-)

Yesterday they were super thirsty.

I wrote this many times and closed the page o.O

I fed 2 x 5 litres and will be feeding 2.5L per plant today as after the 2nd feed I felt they were a bit thirsty.

So we shall see ☺️
Day 16 of flower
Temp was 30

Cana AB 3ml per L

Thank you for the information! with the inline fan speed - have actually turned it right down and with the dehumidifier going it’s actually not necessary to be to high so I’ve tuned it down to 1-3 depending on the rh.

I will leave the shoots then as they may catch up!

I have a lot of fan leaves and know they are great for catching light! But from what I can see they are blocking light from the growth below it🧐

I have the urge to remove them! But am totally happy to follow what every suggestions come my way!

Thank you for the visual of grumpy grow

I will be all over the next one with making it form better shape 🙂

I haven’t seen any flowers start to form as of yet!

I did write back the other day but must have closed the page 😅

I’ve plucked a few leaves that look like they are either not getting enough light and showing signs deficiency. Which was like 3 fan leaves!

I am very excited to taste my own buds! As long as there’s terps I’m happy yield is also important but I may have messed up with the humidity and lighting when they were vegging!

Thanks 🙏
