Re: Lit Farms Pheno Hut
@2-Scoops I’ll do my best
Even tho I has a telos mesh I still like to see that lux is as the other light has not got that I mean the telos app.
Them reading where take for the average as I measured each plant and wrotr down the lux reading gif each so the 62,000 is the average over 8 plants
I use the uni-t ut383 which in one of micro video on YouTube it was the closes reading to the apogee one he uses if x by 0.017
https://youtu.be/T8vvu2unNpQ
Dli is a hard one to explain well is just a small paragraph lol
https://fluence.science/understanding-dli/
Heard for few sources the if light ppfd is between 700-900 you get better quality bud, over a 1000 it more quantity but you’ll need to up feed as th e plant be eating more due to the intensity let’s as 1300 like I’ve set them at now roughly.
So my thinking is during the first 3 weeks all they really doing is stretching and making mass so very high ppfd/par would produce more mass. So feed them highest ec you comfortable with.
The fourth week if I’m right is when the buds start properly developing so my plan it’s to drop the intensity back too 900 ppfd and drop the ec to match
Doing this I hope to produce loads more buds sites I hope I’ve made sense. If not will try go further detail.
For vpd I try to aim .9 in veg but high temps and rh. Stretch. Round 1.1 still high temps mid 1.3 lower temp to 26% as doesn’t burn the Terps off and late flower 1.5 and like 23-24
Night time: veg 21c….flower 18c….

Looking spot on Ncrypta. I honestly thought you would be seeing burnt tips by now. I've never got above 2ml per liter without seeing them. So it's proving the higher light makes use of it.

Re: Lit Farms Pheno Hut
Tbh I’m shocked as when starting this dairy was just going to go follow what Athena recommended as first time with their pro line, never though I be feeding thrm 4 ec, as one of friend had to dail his back as to much nitrogen he on a one [part tho and now he feeds at 2, funny but is we on same day of flower.
I so far spent a good year maybe 18months working on just on the climate for them. As now if you have to ideal climate it’s easier to push them harder.
VPD is king. I’m still running hot as the hotter it is the quicker they grow

My friends 2ec

[/url]
Vs my 4ec same day of flower

Not trying to say mines better or higher feed is better but if you’re up for an experiment try pushing them as hard as you can in search of the perfect run. I get you could be run same as me and have different results but unless you give it a go how do you know but the amount of defoliation you have to do.

Wouldn’t recommend this feed for beginners tho
Top tip:
Your target run off ec should be 1-2ec over what your input is and a runoff ph higher than the input solution indicates healthy, nutrient intake. Lower than the input solution. indicate a problem in the root zone. In general look for no more than .5ph difference
Input:
EC: 4.0
PH: 5.9
Runoff:
EC: 5.10
PH: 6.2

I like it lots, nice one. Plants are looking good in here too man.ncrypta.core wrote: ↑Thu Jan 12, 2023 10:01 amTop tip:
