Greetings all,

So of the six plants in the room five have now been harvested (angie, both MK ultras, Mountain Temple & the Dr Who). I'm really happy with this harvest. The yeild looks decent and the smell and flavours are all very different which is nice. They will hang for 10-14days and then go into the jars.

its just the Green Avenger left. She is currently at 57 days and looks done. All her trichs are cloudy and she has a beautiful smell. This is the first plant i have grown that has a true sandalwood smell. She smells like sandalwood and tropical puke haha. I will let her go to 60days I think.

So now that they have been cleared out, the next four have already moved in. I will start a new dairy soon, as they went into the flower tent today. They got way to big in veg, so I had to bend them over like grape vines, but they usually handle it....usually

The little Green Avenger was harvested yesterday at day 63. She looked done at day 56, but I wanted to let her ride for a bit. She is hanging up in the dry tent now.

Angie and MK Ultra B have both been taking down down from drying at day 12. They were given a quick trim and are in the jars now curing. I usually do a twice day burp for the first 10 days or so. They are both solid smokes. Angie always comes out mouthwatering good.

I be back with a weight report once they are jarred up...im already tucking in though...we must R&D as growers

Cheers Scoops :thanks: yeah this grow was in the more successful range, all the plants finished up without issues. I'm already a little bored with the last harvest. So I'm looking forward to a change of flavour's. On to the next ain't that the truth, the new girls have already moved in :running-around:

Really very nice work, skills sir.

Do you dry trim then @Cave Hill Cole ?

I'm thinking of changing to dry trimming to hopefully allow for a longer dry time.

Cheers Tic mate, I appreciate it :puff puff:

Yeah, usually I will pluck or strip all the main leaves first, then hang them upside down on the sock hangers. Then I hang dry in a tent. I do my best to keep the temps in the lung room where the tent is consistent. Because its often always humid here, I run a dehumidifier at 60% in the lung room, and keep the room as cool as possible with fans running or AC in summer. I usually hang them for 10-14days.

Then I dry trim before jarring. Over the years I care way less about removing every leaf in the trim. I actually prefer to keep some on, as it protects the trichs a bit. I like to try and make them even looking and not spikey with leaves. Far from that super manicure you see in the states...somtimes I do that when I am hooking up a mate and want to show off, i'll prep those nugs haha funny the things we do eh.

Nice, I'm thinking of doing the same for the next run, especially as my dope doesn't leave the house. Got to be a bonus having those trics on the sugar leaves.

Cheers B-brains! Glad people care enough to check out my dairies from time to time. Yeah I'll do some dedicated smoke reviews but the Dr Who is a fantastic smoke, it has a sweet black currant flavour and dank funk overtones. It has a very unique smell which I think comes from the Timewreck that's in it. The reason being, I have only smelt this similar flavour in my Quantum Kush (sweet Irish Kush x Timewreck) which has the timewreck in it too. The flavour and terp is really delicate and smooth on the Dr Who. Its a really nice warm mind and body high, makes you feel really good and fairly strong too. It was really pretty plant, it has that light purple all through the flowers and it stayed about 4ft tall max, which is nice. I am going to keep the clone and run it out a few times.

Yeah the green avenger is Genius X Vortex. It was a limited release when brothers grimm came back. Apparently Sub liked the Genius (a Jack Herer bag seed) cut heaps. So they crossed his Vortex as the dad to her as a kind of tribute. This one is a small squat plant, but she has nice thick buds. Shes got that tropical puke, amsterdam seeds from the 90s with a sandalwood smell. I havent tried her yet...but I will this weekend I reckon.

The Mountain Temple is a bit of standout alongside Angie. Its a really great high, very positive, happy, feel good energetic, that gets super stoney the more you take. I ripped 2 volcano bags and went for a mean hike in the bush last weekend. The high lasted for a good 2-3hrs, which is rare these days. A lot of modern weed seems to be lacking those legs/stamina. Anyway, true test is over time, so I guess I have to just keep enjoying her.

Greetings, well the dry weight of for 5 of the 6 plants is now in. So I guess this dairy is nearly at an end.

Dry weight
Angie 170grams = 6.07oz
Mountain Temple 268grams = 9.57oz
Dr Who 211grams = 7.53oz
MK Ultra Pheno A 97grams = 3.45oz
Mk Ultra Pheno B 166grams = 5.90z

Total 912grams = 32.52oz

I still have the Green Avenger to weigh, she's still hanging. She looks to be about another 3-4oz.

Really happy with this grow. My grows at the moment aren't really for production/weight. But its good to get an idea of numbers. It can help being more decisive with future grow decisions, when you can look back at numbers.

The Angie, Mountain Temple, Dr Who and MKs are all great. Defineitly going to keep the MT, Dr Who and MK B. The Dr Who is a fantastic indica, tasty and strong. had a healthy weight too, which is nice to see.

Anyways thanks for following along. Ill be back with the Green Avenger weight in a couple days.
