You could give them a little superthrive. The NAA will give those branches a little extra auxin and will cause them to stretch a bit. Superthrive is considered a PGR but not all PGRs are bad. Saying that, the tent is pretty full already so the area is covered.

Oh and it goes in at 1.6ml/L of Water by the way.
It's concentrated so it's pretty strong.
