Tis old Sheffield slang @Greenfingers Dad used to use lots, well i still do, meaning brilliant or good stuff aka tozzing stuff. Only reference i can find to it is here just at bottom of the article in link >> Buzzword : Tozzing (good, brilliant) https://www.independent.co.uk/life-styl ... 56406.html theirs lots of slang that's dying out and will be lost forever soon me thinks. Dad loved using slang words as do i, well its just spewed out as normal nowadays. I do like using " Eyy up duck or eyy up" (hello)

Yeah our family have always had fascination with the olde english slang. Accents too. Working up and down the country was fun tuning in to the dialects and ways they speak.

My Mrs and I still have banter over their southern chants and all  .....and my more northern twang.
