Day 21

Stripped a bunch of leaves, also trying to Tanasi-top/GML-top the most dominant stems to promote outward growth. Will likely keep bottoms clean of leaves from this point. Adding same feed, out of feed bucket, topping off with one gallon every 2-3 days.

Having a feed bucket of mixed nutes is an invitation for coco @GMO . No time to wander around now though. Managed to get this picture taken prior lights out.

Yeah @2-Scoops this is the first time I’ve ever tried it. I know the process and what I can and cannot do easily but I’ve never run DWC. I have a setup that I made but I’ve never used it lol.

I swear im going crazy man, i swear for some reason i had it in my head you were going back to growing in water. I`ll put it down to doh.....slap head moment. I`m sure you`ll do well and before long reusable soil will be a thing of the past and water, water, water base grows here you come I`m subbing up to follow on anyhow now ive found it.

See ya lid here a great idea to mod it to make life simple for refilling your tank, checking roots without disturbing them etc etc. Well a great idea I've seen done more than once is to chop lets say a quarter to a fifth of the lid off straight across width wise (top to bottom of picture), then tape it back on with some aluminum tape and redo again over that before finally taping over with duct tape. Doing this leaves a flap that's easy to lift up and check shit out amongst other things without causing too much disturbance to your roots. I just thought it a great modding idea when i saw it first time.

Day 28

Haven’t touched em. This week they will be getting RO water as top-off treated with ph down and Hydroguard, 20ml/3 gal feed bucket.

So excited, I bought a drill-pump. Once I attach the proper hoses, I can easily drain the hydro bucket and the time will come. Figure three weeks feed, flushing/dilution one week, then back to feed for 3 weeks, flushing/dilution one week.

Sometime this weekend, I will drain and reset tank with fresh nutes and Hydroguard.

Day 35

Reset the tank over the weekend. The drill-pump worked flawlessly to move the old nutes to an empty bucket. Only surprising thing about the pump is the amount of torque it generates. Basically, a hold on for dear life reaction. Due that, I couldn’t easily take a video of it. Will attempt again at some point in the future.

Easily, topping off with a gallon and a half per day now only RO water. I will be mixing up a bucket with same nutes and Hydroguard tonight, for the next few days.

There’s light bleach damage on some of the tops. Doesn’t surprise me as the lights have been 100% (400W) since day zero of this run.
