***Just had another look and I reckon it’s where the fans being blowing on it so I’ve re secured so it ls only blowing diagonally over the canopy I must of moved or knocked it on a watering session!.***
Just read this back, I'm 100% sure its from wind off fan, of that I'm sure, well i think i am :lol: . But yes don`t have fans blowing on plants, just in-between light and plants across horizontally, so tops of plants are rustling slightly. Lets say you crank oscillating fans up a wee bit remember to raise them a wee bit too so breeze or gush of wind int blazing onto plants directly. But yes I'm near as dam it sure its just cold breeze stressed the plant up their a wee bit. Sorted jobs a good en hey.............. :rock:

@2-Scoops another week done and things seem to be plumping up ok.

The brown hairs appear to be getting more uniformed so I don’t think I need to shit my pants too much I have raise the fan so blowing across canopy and lights and all seems good although it’s not all milk and honey because of three things.

1;
I did spot a few nats in the medium whilst watering I’m pretty sure these are a given and not much you can do about them as they are what they are I’ve had them in previous grows but never really harmed the plants mine still seem to look good IMO.?

2;
Tested run of and it was 1.7 ec so do I do a flush?

3;
Should I defoliate a bit if I can lots of buds firming but also shit loads of hand sized fan leaves blocking light what do you reckon?.

Cuttings still looking ok don’t know which ones to save or bin at present and seedling 🌱 come on ok too 👍🏻.

They`re not what I'd call standard practice growing in coco, very rarely have I had them although this grow i did notice odd gnat munch on some leaves in veg so i treated them with a bug spray although in all honesty i wouldn`t go crazy spraying plants at all this far into flowering, possibly look at getting some sticky traps if your worried about them. Not that i do it but you could maybe look art treating your coco 3 or 4 days before you go planting out into it in the future with a neem oil/water drench if your worried about soil or coco medium type bugs. Never really suffered with bug problems myself maybe gnats a few times and possibly once or twice other bugs although i can`t seem to remember too many bug problems. But yes its your shout as to what you do about them.

No don't sweat on run off too much it won`t climb crazy high now to where its gonna cause you problems especially feeding EC your giving atmo, no worries mate.

It`s up to you mate, i was a big a advocate of leaving leafage on plant except for bottom 3rd until last few years i sometimes defoliate if needs be if its a very leafy plant and i can`t see light reaching right into it, then again i say that but tbh i very rare do that now, depends how lazy i am. Remove more from down low next grow as well. But yes its your shout, i have removed all big fan leaves at week 7 once or twice and nothing seamed effected yield was more or less same with or without, it`s your shout as to whether to defoliate up top but for sure theirs a bit you could remove from lower parts i mean strip a bit away you can see where nothing is gonna happen down their now so get it stripped bare mate.

Looks like feeds need upping on those cuttings. Get all those cutts on 1.0EC.

Ok I’ll up the feed in the cuttings then currently at about 0.8 so I’ll do that.

All I see are like tiny little things when I water nothing flying about I’m sure their Nat larvae 🐛 just come up when the water goes in and they just wiggle around in the water then gone but I’d rather ‘nip it in the bud’ pardon the pun 😆.

Ok I won’t flush I’ll just carry on as like you say the EC should be going down now as it’s leaked you said right.

They might be springtails which are also pretty much harmless and i would say more common in coco, you may sometimes see them in run off if its a bad infestation . Gnats you usually notice odd or more than odd leaf munched on good style

Fungus gnats

Will let you decide :oik!:

Well everything go along nicely @2-Scoops just carrying on getting the EC to about 1.3/1.2 but getting the Ph right is an arse to get right I think the silicone throws it a lot you add just a bit too much and it goes from 6.4 to 5.5 with the smallest amount so have to resort to literally a few drops at a time.

I have also been a bit mental and defoliated as lots of little buds below canopy now the light bouncing everywhere so hopefully this will pay off in the long run maybe not like you say some do some don’t.

But after looking at @Wrh wedding cake plants I was totally blown away his look bloody awesome and he was a total gentleman and gave me a mum so I’ve taken cuttings and will definitely be doing that next now sod the Kush they looked so plumb compact and sat up like Christmas trees I thought I was in Lap land!!! and he’s only done 3 in a 75 x 75 I was top work (see pic below);

So here’s mine after the leaf grab humidity down though so 👍🏻 mine look like sod compared to his above #feelingdeflated but all a learning curve I guess.
Just grateful he have me a cutting so well chuffed

So a tip when ph`ing your ferts, get 1 liter jug or pop bottle, add 2 or 3mll of ph- shake well before using it each time and just ph from that, it will just give you better control when doing your fert mix. 5.5PH works ok, tbh anything between 5.5 and 6.5 should do jobby ok, but myself i don`t go above 6.3ph.

All that crap below the line in your picture below , well tbh I'd be getting that whipped off asap, myself i woulda took that away after 3 weeks into 12/12 and knowing myself I'd take even more away but hey ignore that last bit just go below line and take that away.

Image

The browning up on hairs does seem a little bit early, but hey tis what it is, let`s see what happens with it before sweating about it hey. Wait an see but how long are there strains said to run for in bloom ? Who`s seed breeder as well ? How many weeks have they been on 12/12 now and how long do makers say on packet ?

Tbh I'm not a fan of growing too many different strains in one room it can be testing at times and more so if your not that savvi and know very little on how the strains grow, lets hope they finish at same time hey...... :roll eyes:
