Got a mutant branch on the eBay Wedding cake.
It looks like a stick of celery.
Do I leave it or cut it off?ImageImageImage

The rest of the plant look's fine.
It's looks like two branches fused together.
I don't know if I leave it or cut it off.

That actually called faciated. You get reactions like flat stems or bunches of internodes stems and leaves packed together super tight. From experience I find its of no benefit. No one really knows 100% what causes it, something to do with gene switching. Maybe caused by a stress reaction or toxicity by insects, but in my opinion its more likely to be caused by excessive and bad inbreeding and probably a history of excessive inbreeding far back within the line. You can leave it if you wish see what you think of it, bedside there is no guarantee that when that branch is cut of it won't happen else were as its in the genetics or a reaction of the genetics within that plant

Thanks @NiGHTMARE
Just been reading a bit about it on the web.
I've actually cut the branch off now.

No problem mate. Its quite a oddity to see it bloom like that. Sometimes those plants can be quite potent so despite you cutting it off it could be a plant that gives you excellent flowers. Keep a eye on it as you may find it coming out in other growing tips. Good comparison grow, im interested to see how this ebay stuff holds up to.
