Can't wait to watch the grow. I was wanting to either do a living soil or a fully organic grow my next grow.GMO wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:15 pmI describe it as a house pet. Feed and water it little and often, the OCCASSIONAL treat (dont want an over weight pet) and jobs a gooden. So there is a kinda weekly maintenance in regards to either top dress or feeding the micro life, but in general it is just water only.... with extra lol
Hey dude, thanks. In all honesty, yes i do believe so. i was expecting the coco plants to have over taken by now but its hard to get a 40l coco pot filled completely for me it seems. my guess at the very start was that the coco would finish the heaviest, the GHO the happiest and the synthganics to over feed and stall. so we shall see what happensGinger4lyf wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 7:07 pmHey GMO,
Loving the journal so far, they all look to be doing great. would you say the living soil is doing slightly better than the others?![]()

As GMO mentioned there's a few bits you can add in the way of microbes and biostimulants to ensure good nutrient use and I'd say barley is a given addition with soil these days. I recommend 50L to ensure its self sustaining. With 25s you might want to add the occasional seaweed feed and top dress to keep it moving. I believe @DIY.Rik has 25s on the go currently he will be able to tell you how close to water only he's getting.?
If you're after trying it mate tomorrow is a good day to pick some up as I'm running a promotion for Friday only.

My last grow was a 25L. I top dressed a little but it wasn't enough and by the time 6 weeks into flowering period, I had to give some organic bottled nutes of sorts which give it enough boost to fill out a little. I have one photoperiod seedling on right now and I think I'm going to look into a 60L pot. I need to find one that will fit in my .8MGHO wrote: ↑Thu Nov 26, 2020 3:00 pmAs GMO mentioned there's a few bits you can add in the way of microbes and biostimulants to ensure good nutrient use and I'd say barley is a given addition with soil these days. This way I will replenish my soil after harvest and keep the same pot going for a few years.
