they had magnesium def a couple or three weeks ago, but i was too skint to buy more cal mag, so i just upped the feeds.
it never worked, but they are about at the finish line anyway so it doesnt really matter.

yeah colder root temps too, probably. it was a kinda stop gap grow this one.

i'll get serious when i get the new room up and running.

well shed has a little bit of progress.
i finally screwed down the roofing sheets , and made a few holes for drain pipes, ducting and light duct. stuck up some eye hooks for cables and duct inside the room, and also made up lines for aero system, but to be honest im kinda going off it a bit, not sure if i will use it or not, ahh will see in time. i am also thinking about just doing 6 instead of 9, but again , will see what rooms left after all the non productive crap is in there -fans, filters etc. KFL>

Meant to say, went into tent yesterday and stuck the hps up to 600 watts, but today it was 30 degrees, so back down to 400.
these can come down anytime, and are stinking now. i think ill do it at the weekend, give them a couple more days.

Also, i feel i should confess to my slacking ways - i was wondering why my big room lights looked a bit duller than normal, went and checked and oh, they are set at 250 watts each, ahh yes, thats why, hahaha.

They are up to 600 now, but again temps are hitting 30, so im gonna take one of them out (not sure if im gonna take it on a romantic meal for 2, with wine and roses, or take it out , in the assassin term, most likely the 2nd, cant afford a meal,....or wine......and the roses are out since they locked the cemetry gates lmfao?)

My knees are fuct after todays bloody "work", need some serious medication. im gonna try some of my seed breeding crop, one of them smells soo bloody lovely its unreal, but its the only one i didnt label, isnt that just typical. its either ogkush zkittles or critical +2, but its got a sweet turpentine/lemon whiff, iits one of those ones you stick your hooter in the jar, inhale, then again...and again.....and again.....and etc

How are the LED ones looking/feeling/smelling? Still unconvinced or coming round? tbh youd have been better in a 1.2 with 1led 1 400 but see what you get :)

i will tell you in a week and a half, im chopping them this weekend, the scales will tell the whole story, when they are dried, but looking at them.....meh, i dunno ...............................im not stunned ...................., put it that way!
especially given that the 2 LEDS and the hPS are almost 1000 watts, theres no fukn chance im gonna hit a gram per watt with them, hey, but we will see?

I reckon the 2 led's alone youd have got as much as the hps added.... but it was a heat thing. hard to know.
Time will indeed tell, weigh it wet would you? I will tell you what youl get dry :p

right ho, ive started zee trimming jailtime.
ive done 2 and to be honest, well, i dunno, there is a lot of airy larf on them, its got to be said. Maybe i should have defoliated them, but its too late now. i never used to defoliate and got decent buds.

i reckon between 5 and 6 zip each so far. This is going off previous grows where one row of drier = 4-6 ounces dry, lol. iM a scientist me.
the other 2 plants are slightly bigger so maybe 6-7 each.

i will tell you in a week or so.

no idea, the trimming sucked out all my entheusiasm, but its done now and the waste disposed off, back to the land.

So first impressions of the LEDs, well, should i say they are great, or tell the truth?

Its hard to say, to be perfectly honest, because ive had the HPS in there with them, so i wont, i will wait till summertime and see how they do then, on thier own.
the buds definitely feel stickier on a couple of plants, like really really sticky, if you grab a handfull, they all stick together in a clump, sticky, like glue.
trich production was no better than straight HPS imho.
there was a lot more larf and shitty little buds but the top buds were dense.
im rubbish at estimating weights, so i'll just wait till they are dried and let you know.



The tent performed faultlessly i have to say and i love it.
i love it so much im gonna keep it going in this shed, but im gonna grow only 1 or 2 plants in here, 4 is too many. i will scrog them and run a new recirc system, just to make life easier for res changes, because emptying 4 seperate buckets, then fillling them up is a ball ache, emptying one res is much easier, and i likes easy i does....
