Seriously, it's just slowly filling pots with water from the bottom and then the overflow runs back down to water level so there's no loud hydro noise. Just submerged pump hum and a piss trickle for 10 - 15 mins twice a day.

Thinking about the sound of it has made me wanna piss now.

yeah the noise in flood and drain is non existant, i was on about the waterfall from my spray bars in rdwc, it was a right racket.

I would go flood and drain bro, I just simplified all my grooms and it was the best decision I've ever made! My chiller is now collecting dust

I can't stand rdwc/dwc too many chances for disaster to strike
