As long as no roots show! Captain will be checking lol. Your pint is looking exactly the same as mine - which I guess is totally root bound but

I just keep feeding mine daily (mostly half daily) and I'm basically winging it with the one I previously broke in half as she is not looking good:-



Tried drying her out, moving her away from the fan etc. but no idea how to lower what I think is Nitrogen toxicity? Other guess was too close to the led so I put her in the middle now for Science Bitch - the plant, not you LOL ;o)

No mate, it's the original Hydro attempt that I snapped in half and then rooted enough to go into a mix of Coco and Perlite and to be fair she has been doing alright considering. She does have roots now growing out of the pint can which did sit in some run off etc but she was showing signs of the under claw before the roots came out so I don't know. I didn't really want to stress her anymore by removing roots so just let her be.

I have been feeding them pretty much a varied PH range of 5.8 to 6.3 but obviously these are not full hydro and I have no idea how to deal with soil/coco when it comes to run off etc. but the 'Empire State' is doing alright on the same feed but she does have a dedicated air ring around the internal bottom part of the can - which has certainly stopped any root growth coming out but I have no idea what else it is doing it there etc ;o)

Someone else (I think Bulls?) suggested feeding PK but I didn't realise I was supposed to feed just PK? How can I rule out just N when I use a mix of just A & B ?
