MrNice thats pretty neat that Ikea sells grow bulbs to folks looking to buy things to liven up their living space
Hopefully it encourages more people to break into indoor gardening.
Im curious what the actual spectrum and intensity is for this bulb though as that info isnt listed

Re: Vertical Indoor Farming
I wonder it they would be a decent veg bulb for closet growers. Low heat, nice white spectrum, i gusrantee they would grow killer microgreens and maybe even leafy green lettuceMrNice wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 9:37 pmThe BulbMafooFarms wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 6:15 pmMrNice thats pretty neat that Ikea sells grow bulbs to folks looking to buy things to liven up their living space

Re: Vertical Indoor Farming
I use these 6500k x 15watter https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125W-100W-80 ... 2749.l2649 for vegging at times in these shades https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clamp-Lamp-R ... 2749.l2649 @MafooMartin or just for extra lighting in my rooms more shaded areas, tis much cheaper and more umph for growing than those ikea ones, basically you just pop off the glass globe and jobs a good en. You can also use the red 2700k spec for flowering, i know a guy who uses about ten of these with globe popped off just for growing weed only. I also use the same shades for adding uvb later in bloom for last 3 weeks.:)
