Re: Billys watery wonderland
i took these pics with the HPS on, just to annoy you, for yur cheek.

res change the day, sweating like a blind lesbian in a fish market, I managed to somehow lift he platform the pots are on and raise it so they are both the same height....WHy? I don't hear you ask?
its to level the water out in both sets of buckets, the left ones have been an inch higher than the right ones, which is why the left ones always looked better, they water wa just up to the bottom of the hydroton, instead of an inch up it....
its only taken me about 3 years to get round to this...…..pretty good id say...…...for me......
magic numbers are 0.8EC and 5.7ph today. im just gonna top up with water, i only meant to put them on 0.6/0.7ec, but well, you know .....
temps are a bit hot. It was near 35 in there when i went in. i turned a light off and got it dow, eventually to 29,,,,
toasty as fook,

there, thats a week worth surely.......

Re: Billys watery wonderland
I pulled the lights down to 400watt today, am keeping the 5th one off completely, and moved the adjustawing lamp over, and moved the soil plants into the walkway as well.
ooooh its all work, work, work, around here, I need a lie down.....

Re: Billys watery wonderland
hello again.
In unprecedented display of organisation, ive another small update, here u go, same blue cheese plant

so the ones under metal halide - white light are blue cheesers, and the ones under the yellowy one is moby and criticals.
ive had root issues with these, due to me being a dick and insisting on blasting them with 600 watts, even tho the romm temps were up in the low 30s, and the chiller hasn't kept up, so theres a bt of rot. ive treated it, with my own secret ingredient, so it should clear up.
ive also removed a light comopletely, and turned the remaining 4 down to 400 watts.
Aint summer growing shit?

Re: Billys watery wonderland
just for my crappy memory, I topped them all again tonight,
root issues persist, temps are still too high, even tho its cold outside and lights are still on 400watt.
bah, wish I hadn't bothered starting this grow at this time of year, and cant understand why the 8 inch fan /filter isn't doing more to keep temps down.
I had 6 no. 600s running with 8 inch intake 12 extract , outside temps the same as now before with zero over heating issues and temps around 26/27
now ive got 4 No. 400watters, with 10 inch intake and 12 +8 extractors and same temps!!!!
how the fuk does that work then.
