No signs of anything and nothing moving mate, I was thinking if I could take any fan leaves of should I maybe take a couple of the leaves that have slight damage to them from the thrips as you say 1 or 2 would still help significantly with light access I’ll be brave and take a couple tonight any advice mate ? Snap them off or slice ?? Least stress possible I imagine

Nice one hopefully it stays that way, give it a day or 2 and spray again .
Yeah mate remove the worst stuff first, cut em off if you want, that's how I do most of mine, hopefully no unwanted breaks then .

I've never had the dreaded mites, ever. Thrips - poly only, and they've only gone for the tomatoes. I get fungus gnats in the poly too, but I leave them most of the time as the plants are well established with plenty of roots. I can't close the poly, so anything can come in.

If they came from the medium then it would affect the indoor grows as well, but it doesn't, therefore I know they're not in the soil to start with.

Well count yourself lucky then and hope you don't get them by transferring them or what.
Once and once only for me and never used soil in a groom again.
I can always have a word with Hopper I'm sure he's still got a few mites still from his party, he could send some your way if you like so you don't feel left out lol.

I am bloody lucky to not have mites. I've heard of people getting them when they've purchased cuttings.

The wife brings in bugs because she buys plants from the market and other places, but she never quarantines them first.

I'll be growing one auto in the poly this year. I've got a number of basil plants in there already to keep the thrips away.

You've done well mate, I've had cuts sent with them but.... I always used to go over my cuts before they went in the cupboard.
Wish my last one would of come with signs of PM at least I'd of noticed it but it didn't really show until flower and it was too late.
Wish I had ripped it out then and there, I wouldn't think twice if I ever see it again rather than waist weeks of time money and effort for pure shit .

Hopefully the auto does you alright out there

Well hello people another quick update coming because tonight we have breached the screen oh yes looking ever green also no sign of any little critters yeeee haaaa might just be getting there after all the turmoil especially the snap who knows we might just make it lol

Did you top them bits the other night? If not get em off bud. Won't be long and the net will be full and buds will be everywhere (hopefully lol).

QUICK UPDATE !!

Hi GrowRoom420,

Ok so on Sunday night i started to notice some slight yellow tipping on some of the leaves i spoke to Muncher and he advised maybe now might be a good time to give them a little flush! So they both had 30 litres of water through them of just plain old water right outta the tap.... backed up for a couple of days with half the feed volume i was using prior. I must admit they have slowed a bit we are now just above the screen with a few heads there is no further damage visually to the leaves and no signs of any critters They are by far not the best looking plants i have ever seen with all the early training there’s bits going everywhere luckily for me its not the looks im going for lol

As you can see quite some way to go before hopefully filling the screen
