Grafting to Critical Levels

Post by Wizard »

So today I have Given a go at grafting
choice of mother/host plant is critical impact that has been well established as a wicked heathy plant with great root systems.
Donor plant for first try is Peyote Cookie

so to start i picked a nice heart branch to graft to , cleaned all growth of that branch and split stalk about 1/2 inch down

Fairy a v at bottom of donor cut and inset into split made on host.
then using teflon tape bind the grafted area
mist inside of sandwich bag and place over top of branch ,, tape tight .
later i well make a hole to mist inside the bag and place tape over to keep humidit up while the bond takes place

We can get swept away by our thoughts,,or learn to step back and see them with clarity.
Easy to forget its a choice

This has the potential to be even cooler than being able to grow all the stone fruits on a single rootstock. Im def doing this when shit gets well established. Cheers Wiz man
