Have you tried growing ginger or pineapple? Both are fairly easy to grow, although the latter will more than likely to just grow into a plant and not bear fruit.

I started a pineapple last yr but didn get anywhere with it , sort of neglect ginger never thought of tbh

Im really intrigued to see if this works... ive never grown anything in a banana .
Nothing surprises me about Aspie tho....legend nuts and bananas in the same sentence can only go 1 way LOL. ..

Ive grown 1 peanut plant in the past but it never involved plunging my nuts into a banana..

I hope I don't sound rude. But are those like roasted peanuts you eat? They kind of look like it, but then again I've never seen raw peanuts. But if they are the roasted kind you can eat I doubt this will work. Interested to see how this pans out.
