Is that a led ... are all led a sitch to beg to bloom with the same light ?

I'm new to LEDS, what are the benefits or "blurple" and white lights? Ive just got one from Amazon that I'll post in a sec, it looks pretty white to me, but maybe blurple if I was 100% sure what it meant? Blue and Purple?

with the bloom and veg. switch,bloom is the more red,veg. is blue...=blurple, the IS panels are more "efficient",check out the MIGRO led pages,they have some ratings
