Alright here is a little tasty dinner I make when I have extra bud and its raining outside.. 3-4 tbsp cannabis butter(beginners use 1) 3tbsp flour 3/4 cup of chicken broth 1/2 cup of low fat milk 6 ounces of alpine laced reduced fat cream cheese with garden vegetables 1/3 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 cups chopped chicken breast 10 ounces of mixed veggies 8 ounces of cooked ham 1 packaged of corn bread 1/4 cup egg substitute and 1/2 cup of low fat milk...
