Parsnips - started off indoors in March.
Picked my 1st parsnip today. Totally chuffed to bits.
Major achievement for me as never able to get them to grow before.
Thought I'd do us a roast today with roasted parsnip & roasted carrot.
Hopefully, they taste good.
