Managed to salvage these 3 peonies. ❤ The high winds we 've had now, what seems like forever, have taken the rest. 😔

garden is so tidy and puts mine to shame, nice early spuds.
i had to do mine in sacks this time due to abundant soil pests so im using recycled from my groom coco mixed with compost and the used carbon pellets from the carbon filters that i change out, seems to work pretty good and they look healthy, carrots here get pests dig them up or retched flys that get inside and lay eggs, yuck.keep up the good work, peace

Thanks for looking in. It doesn't always look tidy. 😂 It's either house or garden, so gardens winning at the moment. Same here with carrots, had loads then something ate them. Slugs or mice 🤷‍♀️ But chuffed this year as finally got parsnips to take.
Happy growing

Homemade elderflower cordial. Tried it with these a couple if years ago, used to make it with the white flowers, but the colour is lush & pink.
It's a lovely drink 🍸 & non alcoholic. 😋
