Mate its catch 22 the fan controllers are expensive but they will save you endlesely they do all the leg work for you the cold is killing you by the day pal, too much more stress could well invite a hermie situation hate to say it but i'd be at panic stations pal and try bite the bullet and invest either in a fan controller or insulation pal no false pretences just honest advice the weather will be the same roughly for the rest of your flower

Cheers mate appreciate the advice. I have the entire room insulated but since it’s the attic the temps fluctuate a lot more that the rest of the houseDJ Smokey wrote:Mate its catch 22 the fan controllers are expensive but they will save you endlesely they do all the leg work for you the cold is killing you by the day pal, too much more stress could well invite a hermie situation hate to say it but i'd be at panic stations pal and try bite the bullet and invest either in a fan controller or insulation pal no false pretences just honest advice the weather will be the same roughly for the rest of your flower

Re: Weedjunkys Diary mentored by Nanook of the north
if your loft is fully insulated pal there should be zero fluctuations between the dead of winter and the height of summer up there pal honestly ive just insulated my entire loft with super quilt and im at a constant 25-28 in both rooms with controllers. My last loft grow mine did the same pal they started to reveg and thats how i can see the signs

Mate honestly you don’t know how grateful I am for your advice. I’m gonna put a little bit more money into getting an environment controller cause I can’t have this fail on meDJ Smokey wrote:if your loft is fully insulated pal there should be zero fluctuations between the dead of winter and the height of summer up there pal honestly ive just insulated my entire loft with super quilt and im at a constant 25-28 in both rooms with controllers. Re: Weedjunkys Diary mentored by Nanook of the north
That was just today. Other days it could be 31/32 and drop to around the Same or even 18/19DJ Smokey wrote:so your temps aren't dropping to 10c just 10 within range ????????WeedJunkie wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 10:49 pmIt was 30 degrees when lights went off this morning and 20.1 went I went in again lights back on tonight

From inexperience and reading wrong information online I thought that was ok as long as it didn’t drop below 18 degrees

OK so at first i thought you meant your growroom temps dropped to 10c now i realise you meant in range either way 10 is way out of comfort zone you need to dial that into a min of 6 for a safety zone pal In all honesty I absolutely love your growroom i really do and ive said it may times before it deserves a controller pal and a blow heater it will improve your grows by 50% minimum the rest is down to you literally

Re: Weedjunkys Diary mentored by Nanook of the north
Cheers dude appreciate that, with my current health situation I put a lot of time and money into building that growroom insulating every wall and trying to make it discreet so I could grow my medicine on a long term basis. It’s Just learning from scratch is so difficult and iv made so many mistakes along the way lol but totally agree with you about the controllers. I badly need to perfect the environment or I’m beat before I even get started. I have a blow heater and a controller that will turn it on if the temps drop below a certain temperature, it is very cheap and I don’t think it registers the temps accurately but I will stick them in until I can get a controller.DJ Smokey wrote:OK so at first i thought you meant your growroom temps dropped to 10c now i realise you meant in range either way 10 is way out of comfort zone you need to dial that into a min of 6 for a safety zone pal In all honesty I absolutely love your growroom i really do and ive said it may times before it deserves a controller pal and a blow heater it will improve your grows by 50% minimum the rest is down to you literally
