Another Pink Kush

Post by The Irishman »

Thought I'd get this show on the road and get a diary up. I had another 5 pink kush so running them again.

Below I have listed all my equipment -

Sealed stealthy attic grow room roughly 2.0 x 2.0 m with discreet entrance (height is an issue roughly 2m height at the peak)

- 4 pot Rhizosystem XL drip and drain
- 2 CMD grow light with maxibright ballast and horizon hood
- adjustable hps hanging vertical if needed
- ecotechnics enviromental controller
- 2kw fan heater (connected controller)
- 6inch RVK with fresh air intake (connected controller)
- 10inch RVK carbon filter extraction kit (connected controller)
- Brolin air conditioner
- humidifier
- hygrometer
- dehumidifier
- hanging tower fan
- 2m x 2m scrog frame and net
- essentials ph ec meter
- essential calibration fluid

Think that is everything I can remember

I have a chiller as well to keep my nutrient solution at a certain temperature

Medium - canna coco professional plus

22L Rhizo pots

Nutrients -

Plant magic root stim
Canna coco A + B
Plant magic cal mag
Hammerhead pk (2 bottles)
Rocks resiginator
Growth technology liquid silicon
Ecothrive Charge
Ecothrive biosys
Canna organic ph down
And was thinking of giving that sugar rush a go lol

I have had the babies in a propagation tent under t5 for 24hrs. Planted on 25th August and transplanted into final pots today and will be on 18/6 lighting

Wassup Weedjunkie,

The rocks resinator im very happy with...but i havent had finished bud from it yet. As far as growing with it, ive not gone above 0.6ml per liter, i dont think id really need to go above 0.5ml per liter. Ive used it on 2 strains in the same tent, both have been on mi minimal base nutes as well, id normally be around 1ml a and b by now but im on 0.5ml of both, so its kinda lookin like its saving me there also. Ive not done either strain but both are mad frosty.

I was a avid user of hammerhead, as long as the smoke is good ill be replacing hammerhead with resinator.

Rock Resignator

Post by Bulls »

Hello mate. So much in love with your grow space, absolutely amazing. Looks like the international space station.
I will be keeping a close eye on your grow mate. I am also using rock resignator at the moment but it's a bit expensive. Same as Keeno I haevn't gone above 0.6 ml per L. I think on my next grow I will go back to Canna PK 13/14 as it's cheap and I know it works too.

Hows it going keeno mate I have 2 full bottles of hammerhead. Was thinking of using the hammerhead from day 1 of flip like I did the last run and then when it runs out either using the rocks resiginator or something like the buddhas tree or the canna pk. I like the sounds of the buddhas tree as iv read quite a few good reports on it, just that it is very concentrated.

Music to my ears buddy having u keeping an eye on this run cheers mate think that's the groom finally complete. No matter what the temperature is from the lights or the outside temp, the ac unit brings my temperature down to what ever I set it to. No more stress to the plants from the environment. Environment completely dialled in and now with the 2 CDMs and the optional hps if needed the plants are hopefully gonna get the best possible light to grow in. Only took a few years to achieve fs lol only
1 other piece of kit I have my eyes on now and that is an automatic ph adjuster so I can keep my ph at the desired level.

As for the Nutrients mate I have about 3 week possibly 4 before flip to decide on what to do. Do you think I'm jumping into the deep end adding the sugar rush in lol love the result you have got from it mate

Forgot to mention troops that when I was cleaning out the groom and the system. I used that oxy plus stuff to clean out all the gunk on inside of flexi tank and also the drain pipes and it washed back into the brain bucket 100s of tiny white bug things. So spent a good few hours cleaning and bleaching EVERYTHING. Near sure I got them all but freaked me out seeing them lol think it was my fault leaving the groom for over a week after the chop before I cleaned it. I made sure that they never left the bucket while the pump sucked them out and into the drain

First feed for the girls after transplant

Mixed the coco with ecothrive charge at 20ml per litre of coco so 400ml of charge

150L reservoir with

Calmag - 0.5ml/l - 75ml
Root stim - 2ml/l - 300ml
Canna a - 1.2ml/l - 180ml
Canna b - 1.2ml/l - 180ml

Ec - 0.9
Ph - 5.8 (0.5ml organic ph down added)

Was planning on finishing this tank of feed out then one day feeding them ecothrive biosys, then back to normal feed. I done this on their second feed from seedling and they looked like they really liked it so thought I'd do it again for the transplant. I added the biosys at 10g per 10L of water and phed to 5.8

Wasnt too sure if I had to ph it or not, anyone any advice on whether I did the right thing?
