Dutch Passion Think Different hempy method

Watsup everyone?!

This grow has been long overdue, I've had my eyes on this strain for quite a while. Think Different seems to just produce massive results for people in hydro, so seeing as I have a little experience with hempys already I'm gonna give it a go.

Here's the rundown-

These will be in my veg tent with my chemdawg mother plant and clones, which is a .75x1.25x1.75 tent

Light- 600 watt (dimmable) eye hortilux mh, might switch to the hps once flowers really start setting in. The last auto I grew was all metal halide though and it came out great, so I might give that another try. Let me know what you guys think

Extraction- 6" fan and inline carbon filter, passive intake, I'll throw a clip on fan in there too

Medium- 4:1 ratio of perlite to vermiculite

Nutrients- I'll be using tap water which has a background EC of .3
Maxigrow during the growth and stretch phases, maxibloom after that. I'll prbly add a tiny bit of maxigrow during flower also. No nitrogen difficiency this time is the goal

I still have a custom scrog screen that fits this tent perfectly, so I'll be using that for sure. I know think different loves to stretch when given optimum conditions

Seeds are arriving today, I'm just going to germinate them in jiffy pellets and move to my 9 liter buckets after that. Hopefully both germinate but I'd be happy with one

Mate I loved my Think Different grow I did with Dutchy (another forum) two years back. Plants got massive and two of them over whelmed my 1.2 x 1.2 tent completely.


Hempy grow is the one grow I still want to do more than any other. So will be watching with great interest.

Nice, that's what I like to hear Viz! I'm sure they're going to put my training skills up to the test, can't wait though.
Do you recall how long they took from sprout to chop?

Mate it was some time ago but I was surprised how quick it finished, 12 weeks from seed to drying racks. My plants were low odour right till the very end then they got all stinky, but a very nice citrus and pine mixed with fresh cut grass. The cola development was huge, not quiet as big as my THC Bomb plant but close.


Buds were a tad airy but that was my fault I am sure as I did not have enough air flow. I know have fans on timers that blow like mini gales in the tent. Girls love the wind I am discovering. And no NAN that does not mean fart into the tent.

good to know viz, I'll make sure to buy an extra fan to throw in there then. I also like to have one blowing up through the canopy from below when I run a screen
