Zapples ( Blue Zushi x Sour Apple Runtz) by Consious Genetics

Post by Benjic93 »

Yo Gr420.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a pack of these by Consious themselves. So here goes.

Strain - Zapples ( Blue zushi x Sour apple runtz)

Breeder - consious genetics

Lights - 2x 250w invisiblesunled ish250 3000k. 24hr sched

Temps are around 24c.

Tent - 3x3

Medium - plant magic supreme soil

Pots - 12lt pots

Nutrients - Plant magic line (grow, bloom, root stim, Bio sillicon, magncal) canna pk13/14

Fans - 8" digital hyperfan/filter. 1x oscillating fan 1x clip fan. 6" inline fan.

Humidifier, dehumidifier, etc.

They were in wet paper towel 48hrs. Stuck them in soil and popped out 24hr later. There all in a propagator for there 1st week or 2 with lights on 24hr. After that I'll probably turn lights to 18/6.

I have both lights on at the minute as I have 5 autos in there at 40days old.

My power consumption reader has died so I don't no wattage my lights are running until Thursday when new one arrives. I've aimed for half power on each. So probably running 200w+

I'm probably going to have to kill 1 or 2 autos just for the space . It is what it is. Just have to decide which. Photoperiods are my priority.

Front left- mephisto manbearalienpig
Back right - Mephisto Forgotten Cookies
Front right - Mephisto manbearalienpig
Middle - Tastebudz peanut butter cookies

Think that's it.

I've made a Polystyrene box to go around the tent. Pretty pathetic but it's keeping the warmth in (until lights go out hence 24hrs)

I've seen a invisiblesunled light distance recommendation somewhere on the forum a while back but can't remember where. If anyone has it saved I'd really appreciate a pic of it :thx: peace 🤙

I've not heard of this strain @Benjic93, it looks a stunner.

Light distance with young plants, start high, move it down or let them grow into their happy distance.

I've got my chair pulled up, let's av it!

Glad to have you watching! I see them post it on their Instagram all the time and I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Just awkward with the lighting atm as I want them full power for the flowering autos but I don't want to burn the seedlings as I've done in the past. There both half power roughly so I'll see if they stretch to much or not 🤞👍

Yo GR420,

Week old Zapples. Looking forward to these girls blowing up.

They all got a bit of plant magic root stim & Bio sillicon today. Sat on a propagator to keep the roots warm.

Currently have my 2x 250w led boards dimmed down to 150w each for my flowering autos, I've got these babies pretty low. Just trying to find the sweet spot for them.

Temps sit at about 22c with 60rh for now. I had a humidifier in there but there was so much moisture on the budding plants so I've had to turn it off.

Temps can vary from 26c to 21c but it never goes below 21c so they should be happy enough.

Not 100% solution. Still need to run the lights 24hr but it helps me avoid using a radiator. The infared radiator will be getting used when there flipped. Which will be in about 2 months so hopefully it's warmed up by then aswell.

Hopefully not. I might add it in there soon though just so I can switch to 18/6 once there in mid veg. Give them a chance to have a rest and stretch
