AO & EXO IN COCO

Post by kbag »

Well i was kindly gifted some EXO and agent orange cuts. So it would be rude not to do a diary on them. I rooted the cuts in coco and plain water and waited for the roots to show at the bottom of the pots. After roughly 3 weeks the roots were there so i started to feed them.
At the moment they are in 0.5 litre pots. Will need to pot them up sometime this week.
The feed is 4ml of rhizo 1ml of plant magic coco grow for hard water A & B to a EC of 0.9 phed to 5.6-5.8.
I will be growing 4 exo and 2 agent orange in my 1.5m x 1.5m tent, normally only do 4 but will try a shorter veg this time if possible.
Also will be doing one agent orange and a 9lb hammer in my cupboard.

Here is a picture of the nutes i am using.

The stems on these had gone purple from the no feed for 3 weeks as you can see by the picture since feeding new stem growth is now light green.

MY tent at the moment is being used to dry the super lemon haze i have just harvested. Hopefully by the beginning of next week i can get the plants in there.

Cheers Bulls was a very nice gift indeed and very much appreciated.
Yeh they are some nice cola's but a little airy tbh i think the heat we had did not help.

Yeah heat can be annoying and sometimes running lower watt bulbs is a better option than powerful one with high temps.

Quick update confirmed this morning what i thought last night i had mites.
The plants are a little young to go full out war on them. So i mixed up some chilli and garlic spray last night and gave the plants a good spraying.
I have also lowered the temps and put fans across the tops of the plants to help slow there breeding down.
Unfortunately a house spider had got in the groom and before i noticed, it had been sprayed with the chilli & garlic and was dead in seconds.
Going to order some predatory mites for after a few treatments. Hopefully they should clear it up as they can eat up to 60 eggs per day.

I have gave the groom another good bleaching and the plants out inspecting them with the magnifying glass again. I could not see one mite but these are def hard to see. Going to be on this like sonic and inspect them twice a day.
With the AO is very hard to see the eggs or the adults due to the trichromes being on them.
