You could also maybe look at stripping bare up to bottom 3rd of plant of leaves and all foliage cus it really wont amount to feck all, energy from plant is then best used up top producing prime buds imho. You can remove up to a 3rd of plant quite easily without causing too much stress, but a good way to gauge what needs removing is look where its all near on pitch black dark when lights are on and take it to that point is a good starter for someone who is a little weary about tampering with plant.

Hi all

So ok after reading here and getting advice I have now Defoliated!!
It looks empty now in grow room, so anyway could someone tell me
if ive done it right or wrong...

It felt good trying to work out what wasnt getting light and was going nowhere
but the amount of leaves etc.. is unreal.
I just hope i havent done too much..

So heres an update, as Ive booked the next 2 days off work, and cleared all chores.
so im ready for the greatest party on earth tomorrow!!!! (and thursday to recover!! Thinking of having a spliff everytime a new
comp starts (better get grinding)

So here it is after my first ever defloration yesterday,
(boy that was scary - after i did it i nearly cried, the beautiful plants were now spindly sticks)
But after 24 hours I now think they look great, no stress from any.
All 3 under 2 x 600w led with 'Veg & Bloom' switches ON.

28th august - No food today
29th august - Defoliated all 3.
30th august - No Stress showing after defloration. Fed all three, 10ML CANNA A&B, 10ML TERPINATOR, 3ML SUPERDRIVE, 8ml CANNA BOOST, 7ML CANNAZYME, 10ML BIG BUD, (4ML BUD CANDY-Gorilla Glue Only) Mixed in 5l - 1600ml Each.

02nd September - 10ML CANNA A&B, 10ML TERPINATOR, 3ML SUPERDRIVE, 8ml CANNA BOOST, 5ML CANNAZYME, 10ML BIG BUD, 3ML PK (4ML BUD CANDY-Gorilla Glue Only) Mixed in 5l - 1600ml Each.
Day 25 flower for BUBBLEGUM X FAT HOG, CHEESE.
And Gorilla Glue (with being an auto) is ahead of the other 2, so aiming to use OVERDRIVE on Gorilla Glue on the 8th September, meaning harvest on 22nd or so.

Ive adjusted one of my lights to be at a 90 degree angle so the main colas on all three are getting some light.

Tis a waste of money using Canna boost alongside Bigbud and Overdrive basically very much similar type of boosts (vitamins, hormones aminos etc), your better using Canna boost which i think personally is better boost of them, but yes use either Canna boost or Bigbud then Overdrive is way to go. All well overpriced boosts imo. Plants are coming along nicely though Ming

I'm sure you noticed or it may be older damage but there is some leaf tip burn indicating over feeding.

Plants looks lovely though mate. Stacking up lovely.
