No problem TikTok, the seaweed won't be the cause of the tip burn as it doesn't have much nutritional value only a some trace elements and lots of other goodies. After seeing everything you're using, I'd say just use water for a few times and let the plant use up whats stored in the soil before feeding again. Keep this thread updated with photos of progress and I'll keep you updated on when I would feed them again. Some plants will thrive on heavy feeding schedules where as others will prefer lighter schedules. They will demand more or less also based on a number of factors including environmental conditions and stage of growth etc.

That's great Grumpy, thank you very much for the invaluable advice and support. I'll update as things progress. Thanks again.

Re: Auto Brooklyn Sunrise, Sunset Sherbet and Northern Lights
A week of problems unfortunately.
I made the mistake of missing a watering for the autos and returned to find them droopy and very light pots.
Gave them a litre each just water. They seemed to get worse. I thought they might be hungry so to experiment I gave bloom nutes to the one without the burnt tips. It also got a light topdress of guano as per instructions being week 2 of flower. Both seemed to get worse.
The photos were getting bushy so yesterday I swapped the plants in the tents, the autos under the blurple with an extra bloom light and the photos under the ISH3R. The plan is to veg for a couple of days then flip.
This morning the sunset sherbet looks like it's canoeing and the tips have started to yellow. Could this be light burn?
Here's some sorry pictures;

Photoperiods (sunset sherb top left)

So a collection of problems. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Re: Auto Brooklyn Sunrise, Sunset Sherbet and Northern Lights
Oh dear mate! i wish youd come to us, would have saved you alot of worry and head ache
only issue i can see besides the leaf droop is that your moving into true flower and you have some very hungry autos on your hands. also 1l per pot really doesnt seem much at this stage. you wanna try and water as slowly as humanly possible to fully saturate the medium now, when you start to get a little trickle of "run off" start out the bottom, thats your queue to stop putting water in. once the run off has finished dripping out, clear that and youll be set for about 2-3 days looking at your plants mate
thats volume sorted but lets get a good feed into these girls. do i remember you saying you were using biobizz nutes?

Yeah I agree with GMO I think they are hungry and 1Liter won't have much affect on them. If you medium is dry and hard to saturate on top I used to get a spray bottle and spray the top layer so you can water more easily.

Re: Auto Brooklyn Sunrise, Sunset Sherbet and Northern Lights
Thank you so much both, massive lesson learnt. I will get some water and feed into them. I'm using the kalong guano nutes for grow and bloom but hadn't really used bloom yet, hence the problem.
What do think about the sherbet? Do you think this is light burn? Or another nute problem?

No light burn mate. The growth tips are lightening cos they are starting to form bud sites so they are just using loads of energy. That lime colour is normalTictok wrote:I'm struggling to think it could be light burn, the lights at 70cm (27inches) and at the lowest setting..
I think you have a little light shock from changing lights but it's not bad enough to worry about really

Many thanks GMO (again!), I've only flipped them today but they've been 8 weeks in veg.GMO wrote: ↑Tue Dec 03, 2019 9:10 pmNo light burn mate. I'm starting to think what the fuck would I do without the advice from you guys. Seriously grateful. You lot have saved me a ton of time and money getting me through this grow. Props to you all.
If I can get this lot full cycle then I'll hopefully have the confidence to do the Franco tribute.

We are always here mate, and love seeing plant pics be it hourly if it makes ya feel more confident
My approach has been to get all the issues so I have an idea how to sort them, not there yet but every mistake will teach you more than a run when you dont have to do anything (while ya still learning anyways. Some pros here make it look effortless. But we will be there one day)
Share it all mate the good the bad and the ugly
