Drugs and Alcohol are never the answer! Unless the question was “what am I doing tonight”.

Hey Spence. Has your pH been dropping this fast for long or just since you switched to flower?
Are your ppms dropping significantly as well or is it just pH?
I think your general target pH for hydro is 5.2-5.8
As plants eat they release hydrogen ions that grdually lower pH. I think you are fine just topping up with tap water to recalibrate pH.
This might seem silly but whens the last time you calibrated your pen?

Ec stays same or slightly drops
In the past ive found they look healthiest in the 5.8 to 6.2 range.
Ph is 4.9 tonight changed from 5.2 last night.
Doesnt feel too long ago i calibrated but that prob means its well overdue

Just check ph pen against testing strips and looks spot on. I haven't got any calibration stuff atm tho

Forgive me for not being able to give you the magic answer here. I am a bit confused as at first I was hopeful that maybe you needed some biffering to help negate some of the swings but reading back I see that you are using tap water so doubt thats the issue. Perhaps you still have some root rot problems thats contributing to pH drop. Otherwise just keep topping up with fresh mic as often as you deem necessary. I would set your pH a bit higher than 5.2 as now that youre in flower you will want pH a bit higher to encourage the uptake of more PK than N.
Idk @Wizard or @2-Scoops would you guys have any other input?

5.2 is a little low , i aim at 6.0 and anything it swings from 5.5 to 6.5 works fine for me so i just let it be.
Don't know your ec but you could go higher no probs if its dropping a little dont worry too much if it climbs a little either over time.
I think i read you had root rot and that may also have summink to do with your problems. I'm really not familiar with RDWC tbh.

Re: Spences rdwc trial with the end from gho
Morning folks sorry for lack of updates recently but not been very well. Had to stay in hospital for few nights. Ph had dropped all the way down to 3.8! But girls have took it in the stride and dont look too bad. In need of a good trim when i can get in there tho.

Few signs of stress on leaves but not too bad.
