UPDATE

Post by mrming »

So here we are at DAY 75 Flower,
still none of them ready, so my little accident with the HPS being 660w
early in flower has slowed them all down.

Anyway Wedding Punch and Rainbow Runtz are getting close,
followed by C99.
Huge Huge buds on Rainbow Runtz Ive really had to do some serious
stringing up and support.
Wedding Punch looks like a large boxing glove and the buds she has
are getting very firm, with pistils turning brown all over.

Only been feeding them every 3 days 1.2l water with a bit of the end, PK for the coco girls.
And yesterday just fed them all plain water.
Both LEDS on full power (don't know if they need to be?? please answer here)
And in an effort to get them finishing they have been on 11 light 13 dark for 3 days now.

If ya gonna chop around 17th June it might be an idea to think about putting them on water later this week sometime mate.

Hi mate think you mean for my 'shartdawg' in my other diary.
Well ive been thinking that by 23rd june she still wouldnt be ready technically looking at her now
but i could feed her heavily on 23rd june - leave lights on 14/10 on timer, and put her pot into a bucket filled say 1/4 way with water.
Then when im back 4th july id chop her then.
Would that work??

I think they gonna need plenty more water this weather to survive, it might work or not, but my thoughts are they need shits loads of water this weather. Another option would be to give them a good feed before you go and also leave a little in your drip tray your pot is sat in and then turn lighting off and resume flowering when your back, ok its gonna put them to sleep and shock them but they are hardy fuckers and will come back to life quick enough when lighting schedule is resumed, that's my thoughts on jobby Ming. I go away end of July and its summink i shall be doing, I've never done it myself, but I saw Dekay do it other week with his grow when he went away for week and the plant looked tip-top when he returned. Worked out ok for him so i can`t see it wont for me or you.

Also what's 14/10 lighting all about man ? Its been 12/12 for flowering plants since Moses was around for a reason it works best for flowering plants. I mean looking at your plants i really dont think that light schedule is doing them any favours, tbh it looks like they dont know which way they coming or going, kinda look to me like they trying to reveg with all the spazzy deformed leaf look they've got. I know what I'd do with 14/10 lighting hours "sling it in black bin for bin man" 8-)

They are not on 14/10 that was just an idea.
Also the 3 plants in this diary are all fine and nearly finished,

it is only the shartdawg that is way behind and yes after the burn by the hps she wanted to veg again,
however shes budding everywhere and is gonna be big, to be honest time yet,
i think ill just chop her on 23rd trim off large leaves and hang upside down in tent with a low fan on.
That way nice 10 day dry in a cool place 18c..

ANd so maybe she will or wont be ready, but to be honest i dont care too much because either way
its gonna be great bud, and ive got Shi*loads more seeds from @Marcus to try
including more 'shartdawg' seeds, so actually be a good way to test an earlier cut than a long late cut..
