No mate, this time they did not go up into the loft. I compared the checklist to the previous visit (where they did request loft access):-

No difference so I have no idea why they did before other than maybe the fact that they originally fitted the boiler and re-plumed my house so perhaps they wanted to check the pipe where the boiler exhausts or just checking previous plumbing work while already here doing the boiler service? I don't really know mate, but I am glad they didn't even if they don't report me it's someone else knowing which I would rather avoid...

Either that or they are not checking everything as per the previous visit because of Covid as they usually make me sign off the list but this time didn't.
